Gotham Café & Gotham South Gift Card

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Gotham Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card,
    or cheque guarantee card.
  2. Valid Gotham gift cards may only be used as full or part payment
    for goods in Gotham Cafe and Gotham South in Ireland.
  3. Gotham Café and Gotham South reserve the right to decline any gift card which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.
  4. The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  5. Any residual balance on the gift card following purchase of goods will remain on the gift card while the gift card is valid, to apply towards future purchases.
  6. Gotham Café and Gotham South do not accept liability for lost, stolen and damaged gift cards.
  7. Gotham Café and Gotham South reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. 
  8. Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.
